Vladimir Historical Museum

The Vladimir Historical Museum is situated on Bolshaya Moskovskaya Street, 64. Established with private donations at the beginning of the 20th century. Its historical exhibition covers the period from ancient times to the start of the 20th century, including a unique silver hoard hidden during the city's siege in 1238. The museum is part of the Vladimir-Suzdal Heritage Site and is housed in an architectural monument dating back to the early 20th century. Initially, the museum was located in the premises of the Vladimir Male Gymnasium.
