The Center for Propaganda of Visual Arts is situated in Vladimir on Bolshaya Moskovskaya Street, 24. It has settled in the historical building of the former Governor's House, which is an architectural monument of the late 18th century. Here there is a permanent exhibition dedicated to the Vladimir painting school, as well as collections of lacquer miniatures, glass, ceramics, metal and embroidery. The center organizes regional, group and individual exhibitions of local artists. It was founded in 1992.
