The Building of Culture and Arts Center on Sobornaya Street in Vladimir is an architectural and urban planning monument built in 1826 in the classicism style according to architect V. Dregalov's project. Originally, the house served as the Dukes' Assembly; later, since 1947 it housed the Officers' Club of the Vladimir Garrison. In 2012, the institution was transferred under the jurisdiction of Vladimir city's municipality and became a municipal autonomous cultural institution.
