Two-story mansion on Gogol Street built in 1914 serves as Yuri Tumarkin Arts Workers' House where writers, literati, actors and musicians regularly gather. The mansion was preserved through public initiative and now acts as the cultural hub of Vladimir city uniting artists and creative individuals. Previously it housed the family of Vladimir publisher Ivan Koil.
