Victory Day Square

Victory Day Square in Ul'yanovsk was installed to commemorate victory in World War II. It is part of the city's memorial complex and includes two levels: an upper level with Eternal Glory Obelisk and a lower level with Eternal Flame. There is also a composition called "Mourning Mother," unveiled in 1999. The square serves as a venue for commemorative city events.
