Fire Protection Museum of Simbirsk-Yulianovsk

The Museum "Simbirsk-Ulyanovsk Fire Protection" is housed in the historical building of the former Fire Carriage on Lenin Street, 43. It features an exhibition called "Fire Carriage of Simbirsk," showcasing large equipment such as hand pump carts and full-size horse-drawn water barrels. Until 1979, the building was used by professional firefighters. Today, the museum introduces visitors to examples of modern firefighting gear. The exhibit also highlights the history of the building's construction under the Simbirsk Police Department.
