Trifling Shop Museum

The Museum "Trifle Shop" is located at Lenina Street, 76 in Ulyanovsk. It is dedicated to the history of small pre-revolutionary Simbirsk trade. An exhibition demonstrating the layout of the trading counter of that time is presented here. More than a hundred different types of goods were sold in such shops. In 1870, there were 126 such establishments operating in Simbirsk, serving a population of about 40 thousand people.
