Ivan-Alexander Goncharov Historical Memorial Centre-Museum

Historical-memorial center-museum of Ivan Alekseevich Goncharov is located at Goncharova Street, 20 in Uljanovsk. It houses materials on the connection between writer's works and theater and cinema, exhibits the history of Simbirsk city clocks, his family and merchant cellar. Some exhibits were donated by Goncharov heirs - Treygut family. Since 1982 there has been operating first literary exhibition dedicated to life and writings of "Oblomov" author.
