Novoselov Estate

The Novoselovs' Estate in Tyumen is situated at Khokhrjakov Street, 21. Its architectural style features a brick wing with decorative gables, ornamental window frames and cornices. Inside there was a store, storage rooms and a carriage house. Adjacent to it stood a wooden two-story house with carved panels around the windows. The estate belonged to merchant Ivan Afanasyevich Novoselov.
