N.I.KozlovMansion

N. I. Kozlov's Estate in Tyumen is situated on Turgenev Street, 9. The main house features voluminous carving and window fronts in the baroque style with floral motifs in the frames. The building has decorations from pilasters and carved scrolls. Originally belonged to partnership "Trading House M. K. Kozlov & P. V. Tretiakov". In 1915 the estate was purchased by local resident Kozlova. Ivan and Maria Kozlova conducted trade here, also owning a leather factory and shops.
