Tumen Puppet Theatre

Tumen Puppet Theatre is located at Kirova Street, 36. The building has been in operation since 1972. It was founded by actress Yevgenia Stevina and is the oldest professional children's theatre in the region. The ensemble uses various types of puppets: glove, rod and flat-panel. Performances include works for both children and adults based on Russian and foreign literary pieces. Initially, the theatre operated as a puppet division within Tumen's dramatic theatre.
