Colored Boulevard

Colored Boulevard in Tyumen is a popular place for evening walks. Opened in 2004, it quickly became the city's cultural center comparable to Moscow's Arbat. Statues of Yuri Nikulin, Oleg Popov and Karandash are installed here. In summer, the boulevard delights with various entertainments, cafes and shops; in winter, it is decorated with New Year installations. Nearby is Siberian Cats Square.
