Colored Boulevard

Colorful Boulevard in Tyumen is a popular place for evening walks among locals. Opened in 2004, it quickly became the city's cultural center, combining entertainment, cafes and shops. The boulevard's feature are monuments to famous Soviet clowns - Yuri Nikulin, Oleg Popov and Karandash. In winter time here they arrange New Year decorations. Neighboring Siberian Cats Square completes the cozy atmosphere of Tyumen corner.
