Holy-Troice Monastery

The Holy Trinity Monastery is located in Tyumen on a high Zatyumensky cape at the confluence of rivers Barybynka and Tura. Founded in 1706 by decree of Pyotr I. The ensemble includes the Trinity Cathedral, Church of Forty Martyrs and Church of Pyotr and Paul. After closing in 1923, the monastery was restored in 1995. Services are held here, there is a Sunday school and spiritual college. From the territory there is a view to the riverbank of the Tura River.
