Colokolnikovy Mansion-Museum

The Kolokolnikovy Mansion Museum is located on Respublika Street, 18 in Tyumen. It includes two buildings: a wooden architecture monument and a stone mansion united by a permanent exhibition "History of the House XIX–XX Centuries," which tells about the merchant families Kolokolnikovy and Ikonnikovy. A distinctive feature of the museum is a luxurious hall with picturesque portraits of family members and reconstruction of a merchant store in "Trading Shop." The building combines elements of neoclassicism, baroque and traditional Tyumen carving and is the only surviving classical merchant mansion in the city.
