Octava Creative Industrial Cluster

"Oktava" Cluster in Tula is a creative space that emerged on the site of an old factory in April 2018. Visitors can learn about machine toolmaking history through a multimedia Machine Tool Museum here. The space brings together various cultural events: exhibitions, concerts, lectures and workshops. Funded with support from private investors and state corporation "Rostech", the project has become an important city venue combining industrial heritage and contemporary cultural initiatives.
