Tula State Arms Museum

The Tula State Arms Museum is located in a historical helmet-shaped building on Oktyabrskaya Street in Tula. It features the main permanent exhibition covering the history of development of firearms and cold weapons from the 14th century to present day. This is one of the oldest museums in Russia with a unique collection of domestic and foreign-made arms. Today it has become an important cultural and scientific center offering interactive programs, workshops and conferences that allow deeper understanding of the evolution of weaponry within the context of history and engineering thought.
