Tula Samovars Museum

In Tula, on Mendeleevskaya Street, 8, there is a museum called "Tul'skie Samovary". Here you can find an unique collection of samovars of various shapes and sizes, including the largest buffet samovar with a capacity of 70 liters and miniature specimens holding merely three drops of water. The museum's exhibition tells the story of tula samovar manufacturing from the 18th century to present day, allowing visitors to learn about traditions and production techniques of samovars. The museum was opened on November 7, 1990 thanks to the efforts of collector Alvina Tikhonova.
