Kazan Riverbank

Kazan Embankment in Tula opened in 2018 after reconstruction providing residents access to the Upa River near Tula Kremlin. It became part of an integrated public space together with the Kremlin and Museum Quarter. From the embankment you can see the fortress walls and towers of the Kremlin. There are walking paths, wooden walkways, sports and children's playgrounds. Previously this area was long inaccessible due to its use by Tula Arms Factory.
