Dad Kolya Monument

Monument "Uncle Kolya" installed in Tomsk at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Nahanovich Alley is dedicated to Captain Nikolay Platonovich Putintsev. He became famous for his honesty and principledness among local motorists, serving here for over twenty years. The statue has become a symbol of respect and gratitude from city residents.
