Holy Cathedral of Saint Blessed Alexander Nevsky

St. Blessed Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Tomsk is located at Shishkova Street, 10. Founded in 1876 with donations from merchant Z.M. Tsybul'sky and consecrated in 1880. The cathedral has main relics: icons of saints Alexander Nevsky, Basil the Great and Blessed Matrona of Moscow with fragments of their relics. There is also a regent department of the spiritual seminary operating here; during services its choir sings choral music under the direction of the regent.
