Weiner Street

Vayner Street is one of the oldest streets in Yekaterinburg, stretching 1314 meters through Leninsky and Verkh-Isetsky districts. Its most famous pedestrian section between Lenin Avenue and Kuibyshev Street informally goes by "Ural Arbat". Previously named Uspenskaya, it was renamed after Bolshevik L.I. Vayner in 1919. Important cultural and historical institutions include former Russo-Asian Bank now housing Sverdl sosbank, adjacent to Art Museum where there's State Archive of Sverdlovsk Region.
