V. V. Mayakovsky City Park of Culture and Leisure

Yekaterinburg's ZCPIO named after V.V. Mayakovsky opened on June 18, 1933 according to the resolution of Sverdlovsk city council. The park occupies an area of 97 hectares, with 70 hectares covered by forest. There are popular attractions here: the ferris wheel, roller coasters, trampolines and rope parks. A sculpture of Vladimir Mayakovsky was installed in 1957 in memory of the poet's visit to Sverdlovsk.
