Holy-Trinity CathedraI Cathedral

The Cathedral of Holy Trinity is situated on Rosa Luxemburg Street, 57 in Yekaterinburg. A stone three-naved church in classicist style was built in early 19th century. The main temple consecrated to Holy Unmerciful Trinity, the northern annex dedicated to Archbishop John Chrysostom, the southern one to Saint Nikolay the Miracle Worker. After restoration in 1998-1999 cupola drums were restored, and in 2000 a new bell tower was constructed. In October 2011, the cathedral hosted the Veil of the Blessed Virgin Mary, attracting many believers.
