Tatischev and de Gennin Monument

The monument to V.N. Tatishchev and V.I. de Genni is located in Yekaterinburg on Historical Ploshchad, in the center of the сквер, where the city began. It is dedicated to the founders of the first Russian Ural metallurgical center established by decree of Pyotr I in 1723. Nearby is the famous fountain "Stone Flower" and fragments of ancient factory buildings. From the square you can see the Iset River and pedestrian tourist route "Red Line".
