Vladimir Highrise Tower

Skyscraper "Vysotsky" in Yekaterinburg rises to 186 meters with an observation deck on the 52nd floor. From there, a panoramic city view extends up to 25 km. The building was the tallest in Russia outside Moscow until the construction of "Iset Tower". Each year, a race to the height takes place here, akin to international competitions. A sculpture at the entrance allows for changing quotes depending on events in the city and country.
