Sevastyanov House

N.I. Sevastyanov House is located on Lenina Avenue in Yekaterinburg near the city pond. Built in the early 19th century, it was reconstructed in the 1860s by architect A.I. Paduchev and included in the list of federal cultural heritage objects. At different times various institutions were housed here, including the Ekaterinburg Regional Court. Today the building serves as the residence of the President of Russia and has hosted important international meetings such as SCO and BRICS summits. It is depicted on modern Russian banknotes worth 5000 rubles.
