Glass Stream

"Glass Stream" - picturesque waterfall in Kislovodsk National Park formed in the XIX century during revitalization of water in Mirror Pond; above it there stands a stone canopy in neo-gothic style built according to architect I. Baykov's project in 1897. Architectural pavilion with four pointed arches and cross vault harmoniously blends with hydraulic structure. Pavilion features an octagonal central part and decorates pedestrian route to Yaroshenko Mansion; water falls as a smooth wide ribbon down a stone trough.
