N.A. Yareshenko Memorial House-Museum

The memorial mansion-house of artist N.A. Yareshenko is located in the historical center of Kislovodsk at Yaroshenko Street, house 1. The estate, belonging to the artist from 1885 to 1915, became his final residence. Famous personalities of that time visited here, including Dmitry Mendeleev, Vladimir Solovyov and Mikhail Nesterov. The total area of the estate amounts to about two hectares. Mr. and Mrs. Yareshenko are buried near St. Nikolay Cathedral opposite the museum.
