World of Fairy Tale Museum

The Museum "In the World of Fairy Tales" is located in Smolensk on Lenin Street, 15. It is part of the Smolensk State Museum-Reserve. Here there is an exhibition dedicated to folk and pushkin fairy tales, including painted chests, dyomkovskaya, filimonovskaya and godorodskie toys, as well as antique utensils such as a silver spoon for feeding an infant. A unique feature of the museum is the fairy-tale corner with a house on chicken legs.
