Cathedral Dedicated to Saints Apostles Pyotr and Paul - a monument of pre-Mongol architecture built in 1146. The complex includes St. Pyotr and St. Paul Church from the 12th century, St. Barbara Church from the 18th century, and church annexes. Located in the historical backside part of Smolensk on Kashen Street. It is one of the most important preserved examples of ancient stone city architecture. Restoration works were carried out in 1962-1967.
