Saratov, entrance to the park 'Lipki' from Radishchev Street
Saratov Panorama built in 1990 is situated near Radishchev Street at the entrance to "Lipki" park. On a marble plaque it says the city's founding date - 1590. The central spot features the number "400" surrounded by sculptures symbolizing local landmarks such as conservatory, historical museum, opera theater, Zhuravli monument, Saint-Troitsky cathedral and Covered Market.
