N. G. Chernyshevsky Estate-Museum

The N.G. Chernyshevsky Museum-Residence is located in Saratov at Chernyshevsky Street, 142. This cultural institution is dedicated to the life and works of famous writer, philosopher and publicist Nikolay Chernyshevsky. The museum features the memorial home of the Chernyshevsky family, annexes and literature exhibition. Established on September 20, 1920, it includes over 50,000 exhibits. It is situated on the grounds of the former Chernyshevsky and Pypin estate.
