Samara Railway Station

Samara Railway Station is situated on Komsomolskaya Square; its total height with spire is 101 meters. The building features an observation deck at a high elevation. A pedestrian tunnel over 240 meters long has been put into operation. Construction of the first phase commenced in summer 1996 under the guidance of Yuriy Khramov and Vladimir Zhukov. For architectural designs, the complex received the Golden Diploma at the "Zodchestvo-2002" festival.
