Airborne Forces History Museum

The Museum of the History of Airborne Troops is located in Ryazan on Margelova Square. Opened in 1972, it is the first and largest official museum dedicated to the history of Russia's airborne troops. The building of the museum, built in 1816, previously served as a theological seminary. The museum exhibition introduces visitors to the history and traditions of the VDV.
