Oleg's Palace

Oleg Palace in Ryazan is situated on the territory of the Kremlin. It is a three-story building with a rectangular plan constructed on the site of an ancient princely court. Its architectural style combines elements of baroque and russian terem. The facade is decorated with a baroque gable and characteristic terem windows. The name is associated with the image of Prince Oleg Ivanovich, previously located on the gable. The total area of the palace is about 2530 sq. m. The western part of the building now belongs to the Ryazan diocese.
