Alexander I Monument

Alexander I Monument is located in Taganrog on Historical Boulevard. It is a monument with a high pedestal crowned by the emperor's bust who passed away here in 1825. Originally placed on Pyotrovskaya Street, it changed locations several times until it was moved to its current location in 1924. The monument was built in 1831.
