The "Town Planning and Life in Taganrog" Museum is located at historical mansion on Frunze Street, 80 in Taganrog city. The building was constructed in 1912 in modern style and is the sole museum in Russia dedicated entirely to town planning and regional everyday life. The architectural facade of the building, designed by Fedir Shekhtel, is a notable example of early-20th-century architecture. Previously, the mansion belonged to grain trader Evgeniy Sharov.
