Georgy from the Ramp Church

Georgy-from-the-Ramp Church built in 1494 belongs to Pskov architectural school and is a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2019. Located on an historical slope down to River Velikaya it features traditional Pskov style made from limestone blocks and whitewash. The temple is dedicated to Saint George the Victorious and was part of medieval city’s parish network.
