Bogoyavlensky Church from Zaskov'ya

The Church of Baptism from Zapskov'ya in Pskov situated on Gertsena Street is an architectural monument of the 14th century. Built in 1489, it belongs to the Pskov school of stone architecture. The bell tower stands out as a separate element of the ensemble and has been included in UNESCO's map under the title "Church of Theophany with Bell Tower". The temple is linked to the historical development of the northern part of the city and underwent changes in function and restoration work.
