Holy-Trinity CathedraI Cathedral

The Holy Trinity Cathedral is situated in Pskov, on the grounds of the Kremlin. It is the fourth stone church built there in the late 17th century, completed in 1699. Here, venerated icon "Olgin Cross" is kept. Once, this cathedral housed the sword of Saint Prince Dolmat-Timofey. It serves as a Orthodox church and acts as the cathedra for the Pskov diocese. The building stands on a high promontory between rivers Velikaya and Pskova.
