Victory Park

Pobeda Park in Pskov is situated along the banks of River Velikaya. It includes Heroes' Parachutists Square and memorial area. There are memory alleys and memorials related to events of July 1944 when crossing River Velikaya began. The main military object is T-34 tank dedicated to city's liberation. Annually ceremonies take place in the park for laying flowers on significant dates of military history.
