Knyaginya Olga Monument on Olginskaya Embankment

The monument to Princess Olga was installed on Olginsky Embankment in Pskov in 2003. It is dedicated to Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga and created by sculptor Vyacheslav Klykov. The monument depicts the princess with a cross symbolizing her patronage over Christian Pskov. The memorial faces the historical city center and is situated opposite the Pskov Kremlin, recalling an important date - the 1100th anniversary of the first mention of Pskov in the chronicles.
