Meierhold Centre for Theatrical Arts

The Center for Theater Arts "Meierkhold House" is situated in Penza at Volodarskogo Street, 59. Here, the first worldwide monument to the outstanding director was unveiled in 1999. Since 2003, the institution has been named after Meierkhold and operates as a museum showcasing his life and work. The center also stages performances, organizes lectures and museum tours, developing the project "Doctor Dapertutto Theatre".
