Suspension Bridge over Sura River

Suspension bridge over the Sura River in Penza connects Uritskogo Street and Zlobina Street. Its total length is 292 meters. The bridge was built in 1973 by Mostootradyom No.20 kollektiva and recognized as one of the best engineering projects of the USSR in the 1970s. It serves as a walking area and city riverside viewpoint connecting the western and eastern shores of the river. The address is given along the city's embankment although the actual bridge spans the Sura River.
