Ivan N. Ulyanov Museum

I. N. Ul'yanov Museum is located in the former service building of Dvoryansky Institute at 54A Krasnaya Street, Penza. After reconstruction it was re-opened on May 17, 2013. The museum's exhibition focuses on the life and surroundings of Il'ya Nikolaevich Ul'yanov in Penza. It includes a peasant hut, noble drawing room and interior of a merchant house. The second floor hosts an exhibit about the social classes of Penza from the 19th to 20th centuries. Initially, the museum began operations in April 1970.
