Ivan the Terrible Monument

The monument to Ivan the Terrible in Orlov is located at the confluence of the Oka and Orlik rivers, where in the 16th century the tsar issued an order for the construction of the Orel Fortress. The opening of the sculpture took place on the occasion of the 450th anniversary of the city's foundation.
