Former Omsk City Hall Building

The former Omsk City Duma building is situated at Dumskaya Street, 1 in Omsk city. It was specially constructed for municipal government bodies and first occupied by the city duma and administration in 1897. Important issues concerning city improvement and engineering projects were addressed here. From 1907 to 1995 this location housed the Omsk Regional Scientific Library named after A.S. Pushkin. Later it was transferred to the city's Council following the library's relocation to another place.
