Former Omsk City Hall Building

The former Omsk City Duma building is situated at Dumy Street, 1 in Omsk. It was built specifically for municipal governance bodies and first housed both city council and administration since 1897. Important decisions regarding urban improvement and engineering issues were made there. From 1907 to 1995 this building hosted the Omsk Regional Public Scientific Library named after A.S. Pushkin. Later it was transferred to the city's Council following the library's relocation to another location.
