Marshal G. K. Zhukov Monument
Omsk, intersection of Marshal Zhukov St and 10 Years of October St
The monument to Marshal Georgy Zhukov was installed in Omsk at the intersection of Marshal Zhukov Street and October 10th Avenue. It was opened in 1995 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Victory. The composition includes reliefs with names of Omsk divisions. Zhukov is depicted in parade uniform with decorations. This is the only monument to the marshal in Siberia. Nearby the monument, in summer 2021, images of attractions from other Russian cities where there are also sculptures of Zhukov appeared.
