Admiral Kolchak Monument

Admiral Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak is installed in Omsk on Broz Tito Street. The admiral is known not only as a political figure but also as a scientist and Arctic researcher. His proclamation as the Supreme Leader of Russia took place here on November 18, 1919, which caused mixed reactions from society upon installing the monument.
