Batyushkin Mansion

The Batyushkin Mansion is located at Irtyshskaya Embankment, 9 in Omsk. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century, between 1901 and 1902, by architect Iliodor Khvorinov in the eclectic style. Since June 1918, the building served as the Ministry of Supply of the Provisional Siberian Government. Today it houses the Center for Studying the History of the Civil War of the Historical Archive of the Omsk Region, where documents from that time period are displayed. Previously, the mansion was used as a Marriage Hall after its restoration in 1987.
